Imran Abbas is the star of an American-Indo Punjabi movie. Ve Sohneya Jee Ve

With the release of his upcoming Punjabi film Jee Ve Soneya Jee, Imran Abbas makes his cinematic debut in the language. The actor, who will portray the main character in the love story, is overjoyed about the opportunity. He interprets this as a move in the right direction for the two countries. 



"India and Pakistan are involved in a very serious and passionate love relationship. It will be filmed in India, England, and Europe. Since our Punjab and the Indian Punjab are so close, as you are aware, this is a fantastic initiative to keep us in touch with the people there, he told Images. Prior to this, other Punjabi actors of ours were also acting in movies, but it's unusual for a Pakistani to be playing the lead role in such situations. The producers were adamant that they wanted to cast me because I met the prerequisites of the plot.


The actor from Amanat posted the animated poster for the film on his Instagram on Tuesday, quoting what appears to be one of the conversations.

"With Kali Jotta's tremendous success, I'm thrilled to introduce my first Indo-Punjabi business in the United States. Join Jee Ve Sohneya Jee on his enchanted voyage. See you on October 6 in theatres.


He stated, "It's a lovely musical and as you know, Punjabi cinema is taking over foreign cinemas," after mentioning that this is his first Punjabi movie. Despite being a love story, this is a genuinely lovely subject with a powerful message. Please pray for us; everyone is working extremely hard on this large production. He stated that the movie is still being made.

The Khuda Aur Muhabbat actor expressed his joy at the performers from both sides of the spectrum working together once more. When it comes to theatrical releases, he continued, "That has been occurring on OTT, but people worry when casting Pakistani performers, especially in India." "I'm glad that our producers made a statement. Simi Chahal, who plays the lead opposite me and has starred in numerous fantastic movies before, is a stunning and bright young woman. She is quite the award winner and perfectly fits the requirements of the role. I believe she is a fantastic choice for this position.

He revealed that the director and producer had personally reached out to him and that the movie helps to bridge cultural divides and shows how much two individuals care for one another. In order to demonstrate how we are opening up to them, he used the previous administration's decision to open the border to the other side.
