Pakistan will be eliminated if any two of India, South Africa, or Zimbabwe win two of their remaining three games.
There is a lot on the line in each of the remaining matches for the teams from group 2 of the T20 World Cup, despite the fact that they have only played two games apiece. The teams' standings in the competition for the two semi-final positions are shown below.
Pakistan
Rem matches: against. Neth, SA, Ban, 2, Points: 0
Even though Pakistan has lost twice in the last ball, their net run rate has not been significantly affected, and they still have no points to their name. If they win their remaining games and finish with six points, they could still be in the top two, but other outcomes will need to go their way for that to happen. For instance, if India defeats Bangladesh and Zimbabwe and South Africa defeats India and the Netherlands, both teams will end with more than six points, eliminating Pakistan.

Bangladesh
Rem matches against Pakistan, India, and Zimbabwe were played.
Bangladesh's devastating loss to South Africa has knocked them back a little, but if they win two of their final three games and end with six points, they might be in the running for a top-two finish. They will want to start with the match against Zimbabwe on Sunday because if they lose, they'll have to defeat Pakistan and India, and even then, they'll need other results to go their way to go to the semifinals.
At the T20 World Cup, Pakistan will need a little assistance from India to keep on track.
S. Africa
2, played; 3, points. Rem matches: versus. India, Pakistan, and Nepal
Due to the weather, South Africa lost a point to Zimbabwe, and they still have two challenging matches left against India and Pakistan. Five points won't likely be enough to qualify if they drop those two games and defeat the Netherlands. But if they defeat one of those two Asian powerhouses, they will have a strong chance of qualifying, even though Zimbabwe might possibly end with seven points and India take first place in the group.
Zimbabwe
2, played; 3, points. matches against Ban, Neth, and Ind
Zimbabwe's remarkable victory over Pakistan has put them in the running for qualifying, but they will need to defeat at least one of Bangladesh or India to reach seven points (and also beat the
Netherlands). With only five points, it is highly improbable that they will be eligible.
Netherlands
Rem matches: versus. Pakistan, Zimbabwe, and South Africa
To have any chance of qualifying, the Netherlands will need to win their final three games and pray that other outcomes go their way.
